All our courses are designed to meet each delegate’s precise requirements. Firstly, we determine your level of competence by asking you to complete an online test and then one of our consultants assesses your speaking and listening skills.
We discuss with you the areas on which you need to focus and specifically how these relate to your work role.
We find that although many of our clients already have a reasonable standard of English, they benefit tremendously from the opportunity to develop their communication skills in the language.
Consequently, time is frequently spent covering areas such as communication style and tone, the language of meetings, presenting with impact and business etiquette.

We have a network of trainers in key cities throughout the world. The majority of our clients opt for face-to-face training at their office in the UK or abroad. However, for those who travel or find it difficult to attend in the office, we offer alternative methods of delivery.
Training via video-conference has become increasingly popular, as it allows for increased flexibility. We have clients who travel three weeks in four or who are not office-based and learning remotely is the perfect solution for them.
The frequency of your sessions will depend on the urgency of your need and how much time you can devote to your training. Choose from regular weekly or twice-weekly sessions or an intensive course.

We produce regular progress reports and an end of course report. Your language proficiency level will be determined in relation to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
As an approved centre for the Cambridge English exams, you will be given the option of gaining an internationally recognised qualification in English.
