Our client provides IT services to the NHS. We were contacted at short notice to translate letters communicating important health information to non-English speaking communities in the South West of England. The client needed letters translated into 18 different languages: Albanian, Arabic, Bengali, Cantonese, Czech, Hindi, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Mandarin, Nepalese, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Somali, Spanish, Turkish, Urdu.
We received the request just before a bank holiday weekend.
Our translator team worked over the bank holiday weekend to deliver all 18 languages for the following Tuesday.
- The client was delighted with the speed and quality of the service.
- They were equally as delighted that, given the long-standing nature of our relationship, no rush charges were applied.
